X-fit classes are a mixture of Functional Fitness whicn includes circuits, longer workouts, high intensity intervals as a few examples. we have a range of rowers, bikes, skis, sleds, kettlebells, barbells and weights, dumbbells, boxes, skipping ropes, battleropes to name just a few pieces of equipment.
