80 METHOD

What is 80 Method?

80 method involves 80 REPETITIONS per round done on this basis. 15 heavy reps, 25 medium rep and 40 light reps (equals 80 reps) they consist or 3:30 minutes roudns to complete those 80 reps. we repeat that exercise 3 times before we move on the next exercise. also the complexity of the movement change with each rep set.
